Once your order is confirmed and payment is made, our consultant will have a conference call with you to understand your business within 7 working days from the payment date.
Website design will take from 7 to 14 working days (depending on the plan you subscribe to) after the customer provides full details & images to our copywriter for proofreading.
Upon delivery of the draft website, client must inform ShahrilCS of all the revisions/amendments needed within 7 working days. Only one revision request is allowed. Any additional revisions/amendments will be charged under maintenance hour. Failure to contact within 7 days will mean the client is satisfied with the website, and we will publish the page directly.
Yes, after the website is confirmed and published, any request for amendments will be charged under maintenance hour.
Yes, we will provide you with the access to the Content Management System, which allows you to edit page content, add in new pages or perform other update activities. Shahril CS will not take responsibilities should any update failure occur.
Kindly note that if client edited the content/code themselves, Shahril CS reserves the right to refuse any troubleshooting or code/content update request.
Client’s website will be designed based on the template chosen by client. We do not offer service to design website with your own custom theme, or modification of the existing site builder templates layout with coding.
Strictly NO REFUND is allowed after confirmation and payment.
Your website will remain published as long as you renew your domain and web hosting. For more enquiries regarding this, please feel free to contact our sales consultants.
Your website will be published within 30 days after the website draft is ready. The 30-day period of revision is final, and we regret to inform that no extension will be allowed.
Customers may request up to 3 rounds of revision after the website draft is ready.
Yes, you will have full control over your eCommerce online store including website editing, managing of products, fulfilling orders and much more.
The payment gateway that comes with this ecommerce starter plan allows you to accept credit card payments and internet banking. We will integrate and set up Stripe as your default payment gateway or you can choose to opt for a different payment gateway such as Paypal, eGHL, Billplz and iPay88.
